Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Responsible for leading the execution of Lionex Metals Group’s strategy, advancing project evaluation opportunities and driving business development across Australia and Africa.
With a background in geology and mining leadership, the CEO brings hands-on exploration and operational expertise that anchors the company’s exploration-to-production vision.

Non-Executive Director

A geologist and mining professional with extensive experience in exploration management, resource estimation, and project generation across Australasia and Africa.
Provides technical oversight and strategic input into exploration planning and project prioritisation.

Non-Executive Director (Finance & Governance)

A chartered accountant and governance specialist with over 20 years of experience in financial management and corporate compliance in the mining industry.
Supports the Audit & Risk Committee and ensures Lionex Metals’ governance practices align with international best standards.

Exploration Manager

Leads Lionex Metals’ geological programs across the Australia and Africa, overseeing target generation, data interpretation, and field operations.
Brings practical experience in greenstone belt exploration and mineral systems modelling.

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Corporate Milestones

2024 - Company Formation & Strategic Positioning

Lionex Metals Group Pty Ltd was established to pursue exploration and development opportunities across Australia and Africa. During this period, the company focused on building its governance framework, leadership team, and corporate strategy.

2025 - Project Evaluation & Partnerships

Evaluation commenced on prospective gold and base-metal assets within the Yilgarn Craton and key African metallogenic belts. Lionex Metals also initiated partnership discussions and seed-funding activities to support early-stage technical assessments.

2026 - Asset Acquisition & IPO Preparation

Lionex Metals aims to secure its first advanced exploration asset through acquisition or joint venture. The company will begin IPO preparation, including independent geological reporting, board structuring, and engagement of ASX advisors and brokers.

2027 - ASX Listing & Exploration Growth

Target year for Lionex Metals’ listing on the ASX. Post-listing, funds raised will support drilling, resource definition, and project expansion to strengthen the company’s development pipeline.

2028+ - Feasibility & Production Pathway

Transition toward feasibility studies and mine-development readiness. Lionex Metals’ strategy focuses on creating a diversified portfolio of high-quality projects and progressing toward becoming a mid-tier producer across Australasia and Africa.
